They do not answer the phone. You get a recording stating that you will be redirected to another local office. That line rings and rings then the same message. You never do get to talk with a real person or leave a message. After multiple tries all day, I gave up.

Our car was demolished up near Conway and one of the employees of the Wolfsboro Enterprise branch drove all the way to Chocorua to pick us up and get us a car. For a really bad day, it was a real help.
Arrived here and the service assistant was out delivering a vehicle. There was a fella that had already been waiting half an hour. The assistant finally arrived and was pleasant enough. Rented car for a day and was charged premium weekend rate for their smallest car, would only recommend of it was your last option.
