Orazio's in Wolfeboro has the greatest olive oil I have ever tasted. I love the virgin olive oil and blood orange blend. Can't wait to try them all. And the balsamic vinegars! Totally changes your perspective on salad--great on meats as well. This is a friendly shop run by nice folks, and tasting is encouraged. I love Italian cooking and it's great to have a local shop with real high quality ingredients.
