DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS PLACE not only were the boots defective they sent me the wrong size poles! Will not shop here again. Bought a brand new pair of SALOMON RS CARBON SKATE BOOTS and the zipper was broken when they arrived I called and they were anything but helpful. Did not offer to do anything for me The guy did NOT WANT TO DO THE RIGHT THING he did not offer a replacement!!!!!!!! F THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!Also they sold me the wrong size poles for my height!!!!!They did it on purpose to sell me some close out over priced poles These people Do Not Have your best interest they are all about making a sale for the highest price they can get out of you! Even Saloman couldn't believe this ( no offer of replacement these assholes wanted me to ship the boots to Salomon for repair) they didn't offer a replacement!!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE these people are all about taking advantage of their online customers! By the way Saloman gave me 50% off my next order for having to deal with these a holes!!
